Climb aboard a raft and join us for a relaxing excursion along seldom-seen stretches of the Nisqually River.
Sunday, July 25, explore the lower Nisqually, a beautiful natural river corridor protected by Fort Lewis and the Nisqually Indian Tribe. We meet at the river near Old Pacific Highway and float 10 miles from the Centralia Powerhouse, near Yelm, back to our meeting point.
Our professional outfitter, Wildwater River Tours, rates these trips as easy to medium and family friendly, suitable for most people six years and up. You should be prepared for slippery river bank conditions when we board the rafts, and the July 17 Nisqually-Mashel trip requires a 10 to 15 minute walk over uneven ground.
For reservations, please call 360-458-1111. Space is limited, so please make your reservations early.
